Fish Soup


Ingredients:

2 Cups Mussels
2 Cups Shrimp Peeled and Cleaned
1/ 2 Onion Chopped
1 Large Tomato Chopped
2 1/2 Cups Knorr Chicken Stalk
3/4 Cup Cream
1/2 Cup White Wine
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tsp. Dried Parsley
Salt & Cayenne Pepper to taste

Method:

Sauté onions in butter until translucent. Add mussels and cook for a few minutes. Add the wine and cook for a few minutes more. Remove mussels and set aside. Next add the shrimp, chopped tomatoes chicken stalk, bay leaves parsley, salt & pepper to the pan. Cook until shrimp changes color.

Add the salt and cayenne pepper. Next add the cream then the mussels and gently reheat the soup. Serve in bowls with a sprinkle of parsley.
