Bacon wrapped Veal Rolls

Ingredients:
340 g ground veal
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
2 minced cloves of garlic
6 slices of pre-cooked bacon sliced in half
4-5 bay leaves
3 tbsp of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Combine veal, breadcrumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape veal into 2 x 1 inch cylinders. Wrap bacon around veal cylinders and place in oiled baking sheet. Place bay leaves in and around the veal cylinders and add water. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for about 7 minutes or until golden.
