Banana Ring Nut Cake

If you are looking for something sweet, this wonderful recipe is easy and quick too. While visiting my parents this evening, my mother and I decided to bake, it reminded me of old times, and like me, my mother loves playing around in the kitchen with recipes. So we ended up making Banana Ring Nut Cake. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

3 mature mashed banana's

150 g  sunflower oil

3 eggs

300 g flour

1 tbsp Magic baking powder

100 g crushed almonds
Pinch of salt


Method:


In a large bowl mix together all liquid ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and mix together. Add crushed almonds and stir. Place batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
