Barbecue Pork Ribs
Pork ribs are popular in asian and north american cuisines. Several types of ribs are available that vary in thickness, bone size and fat, which can sometimes affect the cooking time and of course taste. Two pork back rib racks will usually serve 3 guests, so for todays recipe I used four pork back rib racks.
Ingredients:
4 pork back rib racks cut in serving size pieces
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce (recipe in previous blog)
1/2 -1 cup Hunts Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Clubhouse Dried Oregano
1 tsp Club house La Grille Montreal Steak Spice
1 tsp Clubhouse Garlic Powder
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
Method:
Combine all ingredients, pour over top ribs and mix making sure that all ribs are very well coated. Place in casserole dish and bake at 375 for at least 2 hours. Baste occasionally and add water if sauce is too thick.
Serves 4 - 6
Enjoy!
