Salame and Pepper Pinwheels


The colours of the peppers, spinach and salami make this recipe attractive and delicious too!

Ingredients:

Chive and Onion cream cheese
2 Tortilla's
150 g genoa salame
1/2 cup roasted peppers
1 cup spinach

Method:

Spread cream cheese over tortilla's. Layer salami over the cream cheese and place a layer of spinach over the salami. Cut roasted peppers into strips and place over the spinach. Roll the tortilla and trim the ends. Place in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for at least a half hour. Remove from fridge and cut each roll in diagonal slices.

Makes 16 slices
