Creamy Garlic and Parmiggiano Spaghetti
Ingredients:
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
3 cups chicken stalk
1tsp. Parsley
3/4 cup milk
1 handful and a half of spaghetti
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Add minced garlic to olive oil and let cook for a few minutes. Add butter until melted. Add chicken stalk, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Add spaghetti and cook on high until all liquid becomes thick. Turn heat to low and add milk, cheese and parsley. Cook until thickened once more. Garnish with parsley and or cheese.
