Parmiggiano Cheese & Sun Dried Tomato Bread
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup cream of wheat cereal
1 tbsp. fast rising yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. margarine
1 cup warm water
1 egg
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup grated parmiggiano cheese
Method:
Add all ingredients to bowl and place in stand up mixer until dough forms a ball. Remove dough from mixer and shape dough into three balls. Place in prepared bread pan, cover and let rise for one hour.
Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
