Happy New Year!

New Years Eve was great, lot's of food and champagne, yummy. I don't have to cook today, we are going out for dinner.

As promised here are the measurements for the Polpette con Salsa di Pomodoro. ENJOY!

1.4 kg ground pork
2 eggs 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups parmigiano regiano cheese
3 cloves garlic - minced
3 tbsp fresh parsley
















I should add that this recipe was enough for 12 people, with left-overs of sauce and polpette, dinner for tomorrow!
