Chocolate Chip Oat Muffins

Try cranberries, raisins or blueberries for another muffin treat.


Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 25 minutes
Serving: 1 dozen




Ingredients:


1 cup oats
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup Hershey's chocolate chips


Method:


Combine oats and milk, let stand for 10 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a large bowl and set aside. Add melted butter to oat mixture and then add to dry ingredients. Gently fold in chocolate chips and spoon batter into prepared muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
