Well it is the day before New Years Eve, work is done and I am so looking forward to a couple days off.  We will be spending the eve of new years at my sisters place with my parents and some friends.  It will be a potluck dinner, I am bringing "Polpette con salsa di Pomodoro", translation, "Meatballs in tomato sauce".

Here is the recipe, sorry no measurements, will add at a later date!

Ingredients:

Ground Pork
Bread Crumbs
Parmigiano Regiano Cheese - grated
Parsley
1-2 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Method:

Combine all ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls. Place on oiled baking sheet and bake until golden brown. Bring to boil tomato sauce and add meatballs. Cook together for about 10 minutes. Serve with crusty bread for dipping of the sauce, so good, enjoy!
